We currently do not offer returns/refunds.
Cancel
Cancellation is not accepted more than 24 hours after purchase. If cancellation is requested 24 hours ago, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. If approved, any request made after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Damage and problems
Please check your order when receiving the goods. If the goods are defective, damaged or you receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
TITanjet is not responsible for replacement or repair of damaged items caused by user errors. This includes, but is not limited to, printing problems of DTF printers, damaged print heads after printing, or any electrical problems caused by improper use or maintenance
Exceptions/non returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders, DTF printers or personalized items), software and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the items you own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase new items separately.
Refund
If it is justifiable to accept the return, we will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and tell you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. You will not refund the freight. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post refunds.
